hey,

just wanted to know if i want to report someone for ninja looting (dungeon or raid) , do i need to stay online until a gm responds or can i just go offline after opening the ticket?

IF we need to stay online could you give us the option to report ninjas via the website?
because atm the time it takes until a gm is responding is extremly long , wouldnt it be more helpfull if all the ninjas could get reported via website (ticket) and the rest of the tickets (bugs,missing gear etc) ingame? would help the gms on icecrown alot and people would actually start reporting ninjas more often (instead of complainin in the trade/global/forum).

All tickets can be read by the GMs while you're offline, player reports included.
