Not logged in for a good while, all characters flagged for rename?

I have not logged in for awhile, but I would like to start playing again, but all characters have been flagged for rename on Lordaeron. I searched and found someone else with the same issue, but they had an explicit name, my usernames are not explicit or rude in anyway at all.

My characters are also all naked in the list, I am hoping this is to do with the name issue, rather than I have lost all of my items, including premium items.

I do not want to choose new names, if there is a chance I can recover my original names.

My main characters were Sneakaboo and Strongsauce, after searching the Armory I can see there is now somehow another rogue level 6 with my character name Sneakaboo, but I was able to recover the username Strongsauce.

Can you please look into recovering my Sneakaboo character name?

I don't think that is possible. Your account was inactive and you lost your char names. It's over.

Does premium membership not stop us losing our characters and character names?
