i have a problem.... idk why server londeron ignore me all time... i have a serius problem with my charter... voa 10 bugged loot and i can't take Legs shaman "frost witch's Kilt" item level 251..... the gm say: we can't help you
"frost witch's Kilt" = 95 frost = 48 days rdf....
for server is just pixel for me is 48 days on my life
Maybe because i don't have account premium or this server is not serius server.... i play all day.... but if gm ignore me all time i think i stop play
If i have a bug loot or other problem in offy server help me ever!!
i give screen and give id... but still gm can't help me!

Missing items can not be restored unless they were purchased with coins. There is no support for items obtained in game. It has nothing to do with having premium account.

you're not being ignored. you're being told they cannot help you. you not liking the answer doesn't mean your being ignored. as mentioned above gm's don't replace lost items. if your going to quit over it then go ahead and quit.

Maybe the problem is that you weren't inside when the boss was attacked and killed, and you entered VoA after that. Or maybe you died and pressed "Release Spirit" while others were still in the fight (I'm not really sure about this, i know you don't get achievement if you do this, but i don't know about loot)

You have the right to be angry, but not to say server is crap and GMs are ignoring you. They aren't, if anyone had that same issue they don't get the items. It works the same way anywhere else.
You can't get the loot if you weren't present for the kill, otherwise it actually works fine now, old bugs with being unable to loot the boss after someone leaves seems to be fixed.
