it is actually making me care less and less about getting people who are breaking the rules banned and making me not want to play much anymore because it is such a big problem that doesn't get much attention i feel.. reporting players should not be this complicated and i understand there are probably A LOT of tickets that get sent daily with how populated the server are. i've got a list of players that need dealt with, and every time i send a ticket in game I'll get replied with a copy paste 'we'll look into it' message... so went onto the website and they just said to go back into the game to report. ended up going to the forums, checked out a thread stating to add a member from the GM group. waited a couple days to get accepted, all for them not to even accept PMs fro me. went on forums, get temp banned for misreporting.
i need a fast and actual viable way to get people banned. would be even nicer to be able to talk one on one with a gm every now and then. my list of players is getting long with wintraders, arena & bg hackers! one of the bg hackers has full gear from flyhacking and is active almost every night!

i'm just saying i've reported the same bg hacker every week or two for 2 months and he's still doing it, so thats why i'm asking if there are other methods. obviously i know how to make a ticket in game but it is inefficient. it's not hard to read my thread and understand what i'm trying to say. you can jump on the blackrock realm and even ask people who silentkillax is around 3:00am EST and others will tell you he's a hacker. it's almost impossible to get a ss of someone speedhacking but i will try to get a video of it.
