    Coin Donation

    I donated to get 33 coins and it took money out of my account. But it said the transaction failed? So now I have no coins and money gone. I can't contact administrator cause email disabled. Any way to help/fix?

    *Edit* I can't make a ticket either because the only selection is ban appeal and I haven't been banned

    If it said that transaction failed, the money should be automatically returned to you in about a week. If you still want to donate, either contact Paymentwall support or use prepaid cards like Paysafecard or Mint if those payment methods are available for you on donation window.
