It's about time you add a ticket support. What I mean is not just ban appeal, but more categories. How are so many players supposed to get help when they can't ask you directly, and I don't mean forums, some things are supposed to be closed to just the player in question and the staff. Every server has normal ticket support system on every game I played in the past 9 years, except for this one, I honestly got confused when I saw that I couldn't contact the staff privately and directly, even via email.
Please add this, and don't put this under consideration, because that would just mean, ''we don't care''.
I don't want to ask about some of my account stuff on open forum for all the forum members to see, no thanks I'd rather just not come back to the server all together.

(Would say ''Thank you in advance and have a great day!'', but well, that isn't a sentence you use in forum topics only in private chat messages, support tickets, to the staff)

Hopefully other players agree with me, but I don't see much players participating in forum topics, compared to before.
