[WOTLK] Legion Models remove question!

I need an instruction how I can remove the legion models with the wotlk client. I've already looked on the internet and here in the forum but it does not work properly, unfortunately I have no idea. My wish is to put wow in german (german translation is already installed) but with the models the faces of the players and npc are blurred. I prefer to play the game with the standard models but with german language.

Delete the following files:
Data\patch-w.mpq
Data\patch-x.mpq
Data\enUS\patch-enUS-w.mpq
Data\enUS\patch-enUS-x.mpq
