I just purchased the 30.00 Euro Donation and when finished, an error message popped up saying that the Transaction had failed to complete. The charge was issued to my Credit Card, however I didn't receive any of the Coins for the purchase. Any help with this matter would be greatly appreciated.

If it said that the transaction failed, the money should get automatically returned to you in about a week. If you still want to donate, use prepaid cards like Mint or Paysafecard if you have those payment methods available on donation window or contact Paymentwall support.

Hi i have also donated and not received the coins or am able to skip wait times to log on.

If it said that the transaction was completed, send an email to [email protected]. If it said that the transaction failed, my previous post applies to your case too.
