Co-GM and Raid leader of The Leftovers
We are currently recruiting all players, gearscores, classes, specs
Our raid times started between 8-9:30 EST (12AM-1AM ST)
Our raids are
Monday 9:30PM EST Double bane with our sister guild <Freebooterz> We run 2 bane groups this night
Tuesday 8:00PM EST 25 Alt run afterwards is a POST RESET 10 man alt run at 12AM EST
Wednesday 6:30PM EST ToC 25 Alt gearing run (possible 10 man afterwards if time)
Thursday 9:30 EST Bane x2 With sister guild <Freebooterz>
Friday 6:30 EST ToC 25 Alt run #2
Saturday RS25/ICC 25 Main run 8PM EST RS25 start (chill period between next raid) ICC 25 Afterwards (Current progress 10/12 Heroic working on LoD
Sunday Free day Possible raid posting TBD, I've pondered using this day to spam ToC 10 mans for people with multiple gearing alts or sporadic icc 10 alt runs or any toc 10 run per request (anyone can make a raid on this day if you are willing to lead it)
Progression:
10/12 Heroic weekly and progressing LoD
Over 27 weeks of successful Banes

Cons:
Progression Guild
Late/early raid times for most people
Performance Focused raid leader
Learning,new, or returning raiders are in group

Pros:
Extremely helpful raid leader and officers in guild available for assistance
Knowledgeable GMs and officers willing to help with any class spec for Min maxing, dps, mechanics, general tips and tricks
Communitive and active discord friendly for the most part (theres always someone who will annoy you)
Multi language Myself, Cova(Co-GM), Friski(GM), and a few officers and guild members have a range of languages from most Hispanic, Russian, Scandinavian, Japanese, and some Balkan languages.

Provisions:
Our main raids will provide flask, food for everyone involved
We provide Class assistance, mechanic assistance, gearing assistance, farming assistance we have a built in guild market place that allows guild members to market there own materials between each other.
We provide a fair environment everyone has a chance to learn and improve

Expectations:
You are expected to be on time or let us know if you will be late
You are expected to follow guides if given or if read yourself
You are expected to be gemmed and enchanted properly (I will not hold it against you if you are 5.2K or lower using lower tier enchants I get it)
You are expected to listen in discord if you have an important role or job for said boss or mechanic
You are expected to put as much effort in as the people that are organizing and taking the out of their day to lead, provide flask and fish farming or providing gold for the guild bank and repairs

Notoriety:
Helping others
Showing up on time
Preforming to your highest ability
Hunger for improvement and showing results
Topping meters on important targets
Following Mechanics, call outs, general being a boxior blaster without hindering raid mechanics

These are all ways that will get you noticed and rewarded with Gold, Flask and pots of your choice, or Crafted BOE of your choice as a reward at the end of each raid week.

I play a 5.9k Holy Paladin and live in the U.S.

Are you looking for people that can participate every night? I have been looking for a guild for awhile that raids at around 7 pm EST for a while with no luck. Unfortunately, I would likely only be available a few nights a week so I was curious about participation requirements.

Additionally, how long per night do your raids typically last? I am usually up pretty early most days so 10 - 11 pm is typically my cut-off.

I appreciate any info you can provide.

We don't expect people to come to every raid, just whenever you can make it, Also we typically raid between 1 1/2 to 3 hours depending on the progression. We don't force anyone to stay and raid with us so if you can't make the whole night thats okay. As long as you sign up and show up to the raids you can, no one will complain. we don't normally go pass 11ish. it has happened before during progression but not every raid.
