Tried to donate earlier (22coins) for the first time but as i tried through credit card i came up against Paymentwall and it's totally unreasonable ( not to mention suspect ) asking for photos of my passport and drivers license to i thought i'd cancel but could not see any option available so tried to upload 2 unrelated photos (no way am i putting passport and drivers license details to some random company ) but it just cycled over and over without processing anything , so i am now left 20 Euros out of pocket and no coins either , how to either get my money back or (preferably) get my coins into my account ?

Paymentwall should jsut return the money to you, or you can just tell them to do it.
I'd recomend you buy a prepayed card such as subway and use those, they work the best.
