Hello guys, I play on this server from one month and I have reached 4.2gs as DPS and around 4gs as tank off spec, I made many times FOS/POS normal but now that i haven't so much to loot in that dungeon, i want to move to someone else. The problem is that for other dungeons/raids everybody ask for +5 gs and for FOS/POS HC is very difficult to find a tank (despite having tank off specc i can't tank in heroic). Someone can suggest some dungeon or raid to do with my GS?

Choose one spec and get good with it, so people want to play with you. You playing as tank and gearing DPS spec will not get you anywhere. Join a guild where people want to do same stuff as you(Raid?).
Farm EoT and buy T9 set. (pos farm, RDF HC farm)
Do fos, pos, hor HC every day. Also get those rare-ish peaces like Back from hor n for str dps.
Check AH, you can get some Str dps ring for cheap.
Do ICC rep farm to get BiS ring.
Get full enchants and gems.
This should get you at around 5k GS.
You can do ICC 10n now. (Join a guild, pugs are cancer)
Do VoA 10 and 25 each week for additional EoF and chance to get t10 gloves or pants.
Other tips:
Get AtlasLoot addon to scout out what items each boss drops and see what dungeons and raids can give you upgrade.
Never ever trade EoF to EoT, whole point is to get every possible EoF you can to buy t10 set ASAP.
Don't make Alts, you will get stuck in pos farm forever. Push on and persist with your main.
Join a guild that has raid times that suit you, so you can attend and progress.

Thank you very much for your tips! I try every day to do FOS/POS/HOR hc but i notice that is very difficult to find tank. Using Rdf HC is still not avaiable for FOS/POS/HOR for me but only for other minor dungeons. Do you have other tips for me to do this via RDF?

Just do all available heroic dungeons and gather some Emblems of Triumph so you can buy T9 set and boost your gear a bit. Then you will be able to queue for FoS/PoS/HoR and also probably get invited to some ToC and VoA runs.

What I'd do?
First farm 25 emblems for sigil/libram/totem/idol if you class uses that.
Farm fos/pos/hor until I have enough emblems for T9 set(160 emblems) with benefit to get off-set pieces like boots, wrists, rings, etc for my spec.
If I have all items that fos/pos/hor n can drop I'd just farm RDF HC until I hit that 160 emblems.
(cap is something like 15 eot per hour, so this will take 10-11 hours of nonstop grind and you will hit "Entered too many instances recently" thing frequently)
Now I have 4 parts T9 set with decent offpieces.
Farm some more eot's to get trinket that gives hit rating, which is major help while gearing to cap hit rating.
Do weekly "Must Die!" quest. Usually "Sartharion must die!"
Check AH to get some good pieces, maybe something cheap is there.
Farm fos/pos/hor HC every day, til I have all pieces that I can get from there.
Read guides on ToC tactics, try to join some ToC runs.
Try to join VoA runs, preferably that does Fire boss too(eot for gems)
I'd try to join some progression guild that is preparing to enter ICC. Where people are in the same position as I'm(farming gear).
Play some AH, buy some stuff, post it for more for loads of gold.
Skill up professions(Engineering+Alchemy). Engneering has Nitro boosts enchant that will save you lots of times from mistakes in raids. Alchemy gives 2hrs flask duration and is great for progression.Edited: February 27, 2019

dude my suggestion is to head over to icecrown and use the general chat to find people for fos/pos hc, with my fresh 80's I have had 3k gs and been doing heroic fos/pos with a group I made, even as dps it wont be hard to find people like yourself with low gs wanting those dungeons also with your gs at 4k+ you can easily run a toc10 normal raid dont let the gs newbs fool you with their spam <3
