Hey, my friend who is a premium member want me to join him in the server. Sadly I don't have an international card so i can't do the donation myself.
Is there a way he can gift me 10 coins for 10 euro to my account so my account is premium as well?

Gifting coins does not make your account premium. To make it premium, you have to donate on your account. Check donation window to see what payment methods you have available. There might be some prepaid cards or gift cards that you could get locally. Or if he wants to pay for it, he could buy a prepaid card online (for example, Mint card if you have Mint donation method available) and give you the code.
