Hello, Im writing to you because my account is hacked.. All my items are deleted and the ring from ashen verdict also.. Right now i cannot get new ring from the vendor from icc.. Can you guys please help me and restore items i've lost back to my account? I would really appriciate it.. Thanks

If any of the items were purchased with coins, you can make a support ticket on website here to get them restored. To get the Ashen Verdict quest reset, make a support ticket in game. Other items can not be restored.

You can try to make a support ticket on website or send an email to [email protected] but they will most likely tell you the same. Consider enabling 2 step authentication to make sure it doesn't happen again.
