WotLK DK Starting Zone / Bug?

Hey I just started my death knight on Frostmourne and i can't progress anymore. I just finished the arrow quest, the duel quest where you have to duel with 5 npc death knights , the killing quest where you have to kill several scarlet crusade npcs and last but not least the horse quest where you have to kill that one horse man in the shadow realm and return. That was the last quest I was able to do and now I don't get any quests anymore. The next one should be given by Prince Valanar i guess, but I don't get the one from him. I already activated the low level quests on the map, but there are not even low level quests.. I am pretty confused

gothik the harvester is supposed to have a quest before 2nd prince quest i believe but for me Gothik is straight up broken tried making multiple characters and he has never given me a quest :|
