1. I was donor once, but now I'm not?

    I had a donation on my account many times a long time ago, but now I don't have any donation status at all.

    I was wondering if any staff could look into this?

  3. I contacted them with pretty well worded, detailed email. Hopefully they get back to me pretty fast.

    I can only hope, I guess.
