WotLK chars deleted after 4 years?

Hello Community,
i started playing on molten 2010 and played till 2014.
in 2014 my home burned and i were lucky to survive, but i lost a lot of memories.
now 2019, i found out that i had a strong account, but my cahrs are deleted? i dont know how to get them back.
i donated a lot of money, so money and chars are gone? would nice if someone can explain me.

If your charecters we're in molten, you cant get them back. Everything was wiped.
