    Please help me guys .. i would like to return on this game... but my char is missing T_T.. i didnt log in since 2015...

    Did you log in game to check if your character is there? Your characters have most likely lost their names during inactivity cleanups so you won't see them on website.

    If you really have not played since 2015, you might have missed wotlk realm merge. You can try to make a support ticket on website here or send an email to [email protected] but I don't know if they will be able to help you.
