Nah. You should be able to download the Mists of Pandaria game client for your operating system from the Warmane website (https://www.warmane.com/download), then place it somewhere on your computer that isn't the same location as your Wrath of the Lich King game client (it can go into the same folder that your Wrath of the Lich King folder is in, just make sure they're not both named the same thing). That being said, don't mix folders, of course, and by that I mean don't place your Mists of Pandaria folder contents into your Wrath of the Lich King folder.
Example: Both game folders can go into C:\Program Files, but you'll want your Wrath folder to have a different name (if even slightly) than your Mists of Pandaria folder.
So you can have more than one WoW client installed at a time, basically. Both will use the same realmlist (set realmlist logon.warmane.com), both will require you to login with your user name (not your email address), and both will require that you launch the game with WoW.exe, not Launcher.exe.
