Technical Internet went down and I died, now I'm stuck

I was fighting when my internet went down. When I reconnected a minute later I was dead. My spirit was laying on the ground in front of a spirit healer and I was unable to move or to speak with the spirit healer. I tried the auto unstuck button a few times but it did nothing. I'm still laying there and can't do anything

I'm new to the game so I might as well be missing something, bear with me please

From the website go into My Account>Services>Select Realm>Select Character>Set Currency:Free>Character Unstuck
