I always see "send email to
[email protected]" in these cases, I don't know what are the results of it. Don't get your hopes high, however.
Some cases might be from a server merge or closure, and they might still be archived. Other cases it might have been from before we became Molten and it now being too late. Yet another cases can be someone broke into the account and deleted everything, and support isn't offered beyond the capability of restoring recently deleted characters. Support will be able to say which is the case.
