    Hi I made a donation and got NO coins.

    Please help me as it's taken the money from my bank account.

    The system was just re-enabled so it might take some time. You should wait for at least 30 minutes and if that time passes, well, you need to wait for a tiny bit more. In today's world of all two-step authentications and such it can take some time for the transaction to clear and for the payment processor to verify it.

    We have taken notice of your problem and if it occurs to other people and persists for a long time, we'll see what we can do about it.
