Technical Updating Error

When i login in the game it starts updating but its stuck at 0% then after about 1 min it tells me to restart my game to do a patch but it says that there's an error with the patch and it just puts me back to the login screen. Can someone help me and if there's any way to resolve this without reinstalling the game that would be great. (Repair doesn't work because it cant connect to the servers).

Make sure you are using your username to log in, not email.
