Alliance Banner In Dalaran

As a Hordie, why am I seeing an Alliance banner in Dalaran in Horde section of the city?!? Right by the fountain. Such an eye sore.

back to answering OP: have you checked that you don't have any extra things downloaded with your WoW? I remember when i used to play on a different server and came back to warmane, some textures would be bugged. It could just also be that an alliance player managed to sneak in and place a banner down for that split second they have. Don't think it's that big of a problem.

Definitely not a player banner, and I don't have custom textures installed. It's the kind of banner you'd see the emissary NPC's stand by as they NPC chat to each other.
