Hello, I am hoping to get some assistance with getting my ban appeal resolved a little more quickly. I have two accounts which I use for multiboxing in order to offset the lack of gear as you level so quickly to do this I use Hotkey.net. I also have many addons that change my userinterface, my map, my chat log and assist me with spell macros. I have been suspended twice on both accounts now for anti cheat violation but I have no idea what it is I am doing to receive this. The first time I received it I was simply questing on my very first character on this server and I was suspended before I even reached level 5, I waited till the 15 minute suspension was lifted and I logged in again when I was suspended I appealed it and the response I got was as follows.

I then made a new character and a new account to multibox as I said to offset the lack of gear as you level fast. I had no issues and got both accounts to level 35, a level 14 druid, a level 20 paladin. Then on friday night I got a friend to download and start playing with me within 10 minutes of making new characters I received a suspension on my original account which was a 7 day suspension as it was my second violation, I am still within the 30 days to apply for another ban appeal on that account. I guess that is no big deal, I hop onto my other account make a new character and quickly get to the same level as my friend, we continue to play for about another 45 minutes reaching about an hours play time I get suspended on that account for 15 minutes again anti cheat violation. I decided to not play for the night and appeal the ban and not play to avoid receiving a 7 day suspension on that account as well. Also I have a level 22 paladin and a 36 warlock on this account I was suspended on. I logged in yesterday no response to my ban appeal yet but I want to play so hop on my paladin and play for about an hour, my wife needed some help with our twins so I went to help and then we watched a movie as a family my little ones fell asleep so i came back to play some more and when I did my account was suspended for 7 days.

I literally have no idea what is going on anymore, I have looked all over the forums for an idea of what addons could cause the sentinel to assume I am cheating and I cant find anything. I have no idea what cheat engines are or scripting or unlockers or any of that... I had to google to find out what it was to see if I could figure out what addon may be causing this and truly I dont understand any of what I read online. I am not a computer wiz I had to get assitance from my friend to get the addons into the right folder to even use them. Please help me I just want to play a video game and have some fun.

Addons should not cause such bans. But viruses could. Ban appeals usually take around 1 week so it's not going to help you with a 7 day ban and they most likely won't or can't tell you what exactly is causing the problem.

Since HotKeyNet is a multiboxing program, there should be nothing wrong with it. I have used it before without any problems but lately I have not used it so I can't really tell you if that could be the reason for your ban. If it was not active when you got your accounts banned, it's probably not the reason. Technically HotKeyNet can be used to break the rules since it supports delayed actions, which could be considered botting, but I don't know if the anticheat can check that. So make sure you are not putting any delayed actions in the scripts.
