WotLK My characters got removed. Returning player

Hello I am a returning player. I have played a lot on this server but my characters are gone with all the good stuff that I had. I read that the old characters got their name removed and that's what happend to my friend but not to me. I got my characters removed. Can someone help me please?

If you are looking at character list on website, you won't see characters that have lost their names. Make sure you log in game and check if your characters are there. If they are not there, you can try to make a support ticket on website here or send an email to [email protected]
