Cataclysm lost donator chars

returning donator seems all my toons are gone if they are un recoverable could i get my coins back and ill start anew ?

Cata realm was closed and transfers to MoP and wotlk were available. You can try making a support ticket on website here to find out if they can still transfer your chars. But you won't get any useful gear from those transfers anyway. Cata players did not get their coins back so you also won't get any coins back.
