introduced my card purchased a coin donation, told me transaction wasn't completed but i recieved a charge

it hasn't appeared on my account history as an attempted donate

could i please get some help with what i should do next, other then just waiting to recieve my coins

If it said that the transaction was not completed, the money should be automatically returned to you in a few days.

If you still want to donate, you have 2 options:
1. Contact Paymentwall support (they will most likely ask you for pictures of your card and some documents).
2. Use prepaid cards (like Paysafecard or Mint) or gift cards to donate if you have those payment methods available on donation window.
