WotLK Im having a problem launching the game

Well I just downloaded the WotLK expansion and I tried opening the Wow (application) file. Once I press it I select the run option and then I get this error.
"Failed to open archive interface.MPQ."
The first time that came up, i deleted everything and downloaded the entire setup again but still the same thing happened.
What should I do to fix it?

Have you tried to close your torrent client before you launch the game?

Yeah bro. I did and still nothing changed.

Then maybe your antivirus? Do you use one you can disable?

No im only using windows defender. Nothing else and still nothnig pops as a message
