[ANSWERED]Guild Transfer [Outland Support]

Hello, 2-3 days ago I was inquiring about getting a guild Transferred into my character's possession
Guild master hasn't logged in over 90 days, I"m the closest officer to the top that has logged.
I sent a PM to the Head gm, they have not logged in for a couple days so I understand why I haven't received a response
I'm not in any rush, but just checking to see if anyone can assist with this.
