Realms A few misses from Blackrock

Hello there,
I've encountered a few difficulties and want to report them. I hope that this is the right place do to it.
Even though I have more than enough rating to buy every single mount with arena points on Blackrock, I can not use reins to obtain actual mounts. For example:

Some of them requires a different race/faction. Some of them requires some kind of reputation which can not be achieved on Blackrock due to lack of any NPC's and mobs/quests.

Here is the list:
Quel'dorei Steed (The Silver Covenant reputation)
Reins of the Cobalt Riding Talbuk (The Mag'har reputation)
Reins of the White Riding Talbuk (Kurenai reputation)
Reins of the Cobalt War Talbuk (Kurenai reputation)
Reins of the White War Talbuk (Kurenai reputation)
Reins of the Cobalt War Talbuk (The Mag'har reputation)
and
Whistle of the Ivory Raptor, Silvermoon Hawkstrider, Orgrimmar Wolf, Reins of the Black War Mammoth, Darkspear Raptor, Thunder Bluff Kodo - all of those requires you to be Horde. It wasn't the case not so long ago. You can not obtain Ivory Raptor on live servers, it is a legacy mount, so you can safely remove any race requirements without harming the other realms.
Two of those mounts are prestige 2200+ ones - white Talbuk and Raptor, both can not be obtained normally anymore on Blackrock.

Also, I bought Magic Broom and can not use it because there is no event for it to work right now and it disappeared by it's own from my inventory short after, I was very displeased by this.

In addition, I want to point out that some of the tabards can be bought but can not be used, again - due to the reputation requirements.

I can not wear this. And I really like that one tabard.
You already doing automatic reputation boost of The Ashen Verdict from contacting the item vendor, why not add a few more fractions to it or to different vendors?

And lastly, the only way to buy 277 PvE shouders is to get your 3v3 team to 2000 rating. Doesn't it seems kind of impossible to you? It's like less than 20 players can actually buy them. Not cool.
