Technical Can't donate with VISA

Hi guys, im trying to donate the 10 euros to get the premium status, i tried to donate 2 times, failed, called VISA, enabled the credit card for this precise online purchase, tried again, still "transaction wasn't completed", anyone has a solution for this? im tired of waiting queues.

edit: tried with 3 more of my visas. still same problem, the card works, the problem seems to be paymentwall or the site itself.
