There's been another wipe? How can i recover those?

Inactive account that's not premium and haven't been touched for a year gets deleted.

i am premium on all accounts! but i cant see my characters :O

Just to double check, have you logged in the game? If you don't log in for a while chars get flagged for a rename, even premium accounts. So you won't see them till you log in the game.

meanwhile, 2 of my account got "stolen" with the mail changed; i have all proof of donations, mails from warmane on original mail account etc;
will warmane give me back my 2 account? i already wrote 'em an email
