WotLK A problem with displaying quest objectives at mouse hover.

So I have this problem.

I have a quest for getting stuff from mobs.
Whenever I hover over or even target that mob (which should count to the quest), I only see the mob info, but not quest info, here is the screenshot:

However, that same account but different character, it works just fine:

I checked 'quest' and 'interface' settings, they are the same (or I just missed something?)
So essentially I want for all characters to have quest objectives displayed as on the second screen.
Please help.

Maybe remove the Cache folder, but there's another problem with the first screenshot: the mob is level 1.

Yes this happends on some mobs in the game, After doing Loremaster and compleating over 3000 quests I can say that some few quests dosen't track the quest info. I don't know if its a bugg from warmane or if blizzard had it too but you will just have to read the quest text sometimes on those quests.
