my character was deleted before the ban, someone other than me accesed my accaunt deleted my pre-bis paladin, please i beg you i changed the password but no use i didnt even knew that my paladin was deleted

GMs cannot restore characters. There is an option to restore characters deleted within one month, it is called Character Restoration.
