Hi, i reached level 80 some time ago and i am doing a lot of dungeons but my gear score is almost around same level for quite some time and because of this i keep queuing into same dungeons , my gear score is 2380, what am i missing ? am i doing it right?

Guessing you're not spamming RDF HC yet.

With money:
- Buy spec appropiate BoE's (200 - 264 ilvl) depending on your cash situation. Or farm materials for them and have them crafted.
- Reputation quartermasters: they'll sell up to ilvl 200 gear, replace the lowest ilvl gear you have with these.
- Ashen Verdict ring: Easy ring with 251 ilvl: it only needs ICC rep farm. A go or two is enough. You can farm further rep to get it upgraded, but I recommend sticking with the 1st one for a bit.

Dungeons (and dragons):
ToC 5 normal and HC spam.
FoS PoS normal spam for gear.
FoS PoS HC for gears.
Once you can RDF HC, spam it, get EoT and use it to buy gear. Don't convert EoF to EoT, it's not worth it. You need the EoF later.
Quest and farm while in RDF HC queue, you'll get some money to buy higher ilvl BoE's.
Then it's ToC 10 and 25's for you.
ICC 10 alt runs, they don't usually make it far, but even a 4 boss clear a week is better than none.
