Site Transaction wasn't completed

When I try to donate it comes up with "Transaction wasn't completed!" with a frowny face above it. I tried switching computers and web browsers but it didn't work. Anyone know anything about this?

It's most likely Paymentwalls fraud detection system. You have 2 options:
1. Contact Paymentwall support (they will most likely ask you for pictures of your card and some documents).
2. Use prepaid cards (like Paysafecard or Mint) or gift cards to donate if you have those payment methods available on donation window.

I have a Visa Giftcard and I been trying to use to donate.

i have register the visa giftcard on the visa website so i can use it with my name and zip code, but warmane still does not want to take my money.
how do i donate with visa gift card ? Instructions please .

With gift cards I meant gift cards that are shown as separate donation methods and are not just prepaid Visa cards. Although Visa gift cards might have higher chance of working, it's still a debit card and if Paymentwall has blocked card payments for your account, that might be blocked too. I haven't used Visa gift cards so I don't know the specifics but it also has to allow international transactions (if you are in US, that might be disabled by default).
