WotLK Winter Veil Disguise kit problem

Hello, I have a weird problem.

Last year I've done the quest which gives that item(from the title) and I DELETED it after christmas event 'cause I didn't have space in inventory and me being me didn't finish the achievement.

Now, I can't obtain it anymore and I can't finish my achievement 'cause I don't have the item anymore and the quest which gives the item, isn't possible again 'cause I already did it.

Now...Is it possible for GM to give me that item? Since it shouldn't be able to be deleted anyways but I somehow did it?
