Donated, picked up a few items and now i CANNOT log into my main character

Game Masters please help, it's not been 24 hrs that I've made a donations, I was able to buy the items, and now I cannot log into my main character. the game goes into a fatal crash when I try logging into my main characters... this does not happen with my alt characters.

Please help

Please we aware this does not happen on my Alt character, only the main character for which I bought the donated items.

Try clearing your game cache and open a support ticket.

Try using the unstuck feature on on your account page. See if that helps

I've already deleted the Cache, the interface, as well as the WTF folders.. no dice.

So this problems happens when i try to take the portal to Sunwell from shat city. If i take other portals I'm fine... however if i try to port from shattrath city to Sunwell the games starts to crash....
