WotLK character is dead and it cant move

hello, so a few minutes ago i was in thousand needles on the elevator and i had to logout for a minute. when i logged back i was dead in mulgore for some reason and i cant move or talk to the spirit healer. i tried to unstuck my character but nothing happens as well

From the website go into My Account>Services>Select Realm>Select Character>Set Currency:Free>Character Unstuck

if website unstuck does not work, open a ticket in-game instead
