[ANSWERED]Dungeon Suplies Bag

It's been a few days, since i've reached level 65 or so, that almost every random dungeon finder that i make, i get nothing when open suplies bag. At first it was once on a while, then start to happen almost 50% of the dungeons, now i made 4 on a row and none of that gave anything. Is like the bags are empty. Is there any solution to this? Hope you can answer, thanks.
