[ANSWERED]Arena stone to reduce the buffing time

I don't know if this has already been asked or if it was already present before but would it be possible to add the arena stone to reduce the Buffing time in Arena (Both teams can click on the stone and it reduce the Buffing time to 15 secondes, you know...) Sorry I dont know the exact name...

Moreover what do you think about cross realms soloQ? Do you think its possible ?
