Forum Returning player / all characters are gone !?!?!?!?

hello i have a question....i am a returning player after a year or 2 and all my characters are gone....i invested quite a Huge amount of cash and time in those characters....why is my account empty?????????

have you tried to open a ticket or make donation lately ,they might get back to you in 2years or something the player support team is awful.

if they were on cata they're stored incase warmane ever does another cata realm. if they were on any other realm try logging into the game and seeing if they show up.
