Technical HOW does ban or whatever work in this server?

Long story short. I haven't been able to log on for several days. Stuck in 'connecting' screen. Tried alternative IP (mobile wifi hotspot) and all went fine. So can any of you answer, why doesn't login server? accept my main IP, especially, if i am in 'good standing' according to forum account. I really doubt my internet provider somehow banned WoW.

PS It's impossible to write ticket about the problem as i don't have actual ban, it seems. AND only topic you can write a tikcet on website is ban (at least i didn't have choices.).

... (True, last time i was logged on from my main IP i had altercation with someone, who repeatedly called me 'noob' (whatever it means) because i defended my exping lowbie with higher char. (I was polite until i ignored him/her.) Could THIS be an explanation? I really hope that it isn't.)

If you were banned, it would say so. Your problem sounds like connection issues. Depending on where you are from, it could be possible that Warmane is blocked in your region, either intentionally or as a result of blocking something else. Or it could be your PC.

Thank You for the kind answer but sadly seems, you totally missed my point. One IP can't connect to my account. (Or server altogether.) Another IP, can. (Both local (estonian) IP-s. Same provider, too.)

Edit Was re-reading your comment about Warmane being blocked in my region. Played months without any restriction. And as i said previously, same provider, different IP-s.

But hey! There's always something good in bad. Just bought The Outer Worlds. (Fan since Fallout 2.) And Obsidian has done GREAT things before. So i have the faith. :)

And old trick but, have you tried to delete the cache folder?

If you were using any client modifications (skins, models, sound files...), in the last update they had started to restrict it and warned that it could lead to temporary bans for now, and more severe in the future to avoid any client manipulation.

One thing is for sure, if it says in good standing I don't see why you would be banned. Heads up regardless :)

Thank You for the reply. But as i stated above, one IP can log in, another can't. So, clearly the problem isn't in my computer. Oh well. Outer Worlds time until staff reads this topic.
Oh, and only mod i've used so far is Gearscore lite. :) OLd school.

I don't believe this is something on our end. I've seen scenarios where multiple computers are connected from a single network and only one has this issue. It could also be your ISP routing traffic differently on the mobile network.

Thanks for noticing. But seems i am not the only one with this problem if you scroll a bit. NO idea if complainer uses same provider (you probably can check it) but i am not alone. BTW, is this new server info SUPPOSED to look like it is now? No player data for me, just Andy Warhol-like 'paintings'.
