Site Lottery coins won on different realms.

Hello everyone,
I was wondering; if I win lottery through my Blackrock ticket, and the reward included 50 coins, will I be able to use those coins to buy items for any character on any realm ?
If yes, then isn't it just better to buy tickets on low pop realms to increase your odds of winning the lottery?

You would be able to use the coins on any realm. If your goal is to win the coins not the item that comes with them then yes, your chance of winning is higher on a lower population realm.
