[ANSWERED]Banned for MMR Dropping

Hello, I got banned for MMR Dropping, but I never got my MMR above 0.

Is it against the rules to instant-leave 10 games a week? Don't play them because I can't do much with 11k hp against 25k+ hp people.

My other Account (Amoondda - Icecrown) got banned too for it (I'm a Multi-Boxer) on the same Arena Team.

Thought MMR Dropping was "Losing in arena on purpose to lower own MMR below normal value.".
