Guild bank was ninjad by a hacker! Please help!!

I am the Guild Master of a guild called Scourgeborne on the realm Lordaeron. The way I have my bank set up is: Rank 5 gets 1 withdraw per day. Rank 4 gets 2. Rank 3 gets 3. Rank 2 gets 5. This individual withdrew EVERYTHING from the bank at once. I understand that the items are probably gone for good, but this person needs to be BANNED from the servers. If a GM could contact me (in-game is easiest) I would be HAPPY to get this dude gone.

If a player in your guild takes 1 item from guild bank, leaves the guild and gets invited back, the limit resets and he can take 1 item from the bank again. This is usually how such issues happen. Check your guild log. Someone else in your guild must have been inviting him multiple times. You can avoid such issues by creating an additional rank that can not withdraw anything so new members have to be promoted by an officer before they can take anything from the bank.
