WotLK Having a lot of bugs (?) with my character

Hi! I'm new to the game, but playing with my friends I've noticed that I'm having some kind of bugs recurrently;

1) When I'm in certain places, like trade district, ironforge, mage quarter, or any other "closed" city, I can't use my mount, unless I get out of the city and then enter mounted. (It's not like I can't use the mount inside a inn, what I mean it's like when I'm in trade district where everyone is using a mount, I cast my mechanostrider but nothing happens)

2) My mount get stucked in some invisible walls like in the canals of stormwind, and I can't move further unless I dismount and go on. Other players in my party doesn't experience this and can go back and further through the invisible wall with no problems.

3) Sometimes I go invisible and my friends can't see my model (but can click on me and see my profile) and I have to reload or even logout, although this time even that isn't working for me to charge my model

I think others have the same issue with the mechanostrider, heard about it but I don't have gnomes so I can't say much about it.
About going invisible it sounds like some phasing issues or someone's dodgy internet connection, first time hearing about that.

Use old launcher with old models. Launcher with new models has a lot of problems which can be fixed if you extensively browse forums and find all the fixes. No offense but I don't think you'll manage to do that. As I said, just download launcher with old models. There are no bugs such as the ones you encounter on the launcher with old models.

those problems are caused by WoD models.

You can delete them by following this guide:

1. Open WoW folder
2. Open the Data folder.
3. Delete the patch-w.mpq file.
4. Delete the patch-x.mpq file
5. Open the enUS folder.
6. Delete the patch-enUS-w.mpq file.
7. Delete the patch-enUS-x.mpq file
