WotLK Account banned after not using it for years

Hi! I used to play here when this server changed from molten, but I stopped for some time. I wanted to come back but found out the account has an IP ban. I checked the IP and the location is not from where I live. Someone else hacked it. I would like to return, so if possible, can the account be un-banned please? I have characters in here with names I would like to use. Thank you!
