Technical Game starting

Every time when i start the game, it's reset the resolution and the sound of game to basics.I Changed it ingame(to 1920x1080) and apply it, when i restart the game the resolutin on 1024x786 instead of the 1920x1080 what i changed last time. The Sound from 0% always set to 100% by itself and it makes me deaf.
How can i Fix this problem?

Right click wow folder>properties>remove "read only"
