Hello! Happy New Year.

Question, regarding the clickable link on Warmane to claim gifts, it asks you to select a character for the gifts. Will only the items like crackers and mistletoes be character bound, or is the coins and points that are gifted also bound to that specific character?

Basically, I want to know if I claim the gift on character X, can I use those coins and points on character Y? Same account ofcourse.

Just items and such.
Coins, Points, discounts codes, etc. are for the account and can be used with any character.

Is there any issue with marketplace, I did not receive the gifts and donated items and it more than 1hour

There is a backlog of ingame mail deliveries due to new year gift deliveries happening at the same time.

Quite a massive backlog actually, they are processed in batches so it may take several hours.

Rest assured everything will be delivered in due time, nothing is lost, everyone will see log history etc.
